The finest wood and wood-based solutions for your projects and building works

We work closely with developers, architects, engineers, builders, interior designers and other industry players.

Technical office to complete engineering works:

  • Design.
  • Calculation.
  • Manufacture of structures.
  • Transportation.
  • Construction works.

We provide building solutions for your projects, using a CAD environment for their design.
Totally efficient service, optimising all processes, facilitating on-site assembly and construction and improving lead times and costs.

Based on a comprehensive physical analysis of the structures, we perform an expert appraisal, determining the appropriate corrective procedure:

  • Mechanical repairs:
    • Wooden inserts.
    • Metal fittings.
  • Strengthening of structural parts with resin.

Wide range of materials for use in construction and decorating projects:

  • Sawn timber from coniferous, hardwood and tropical species.
  • Structural timber in single pieces (beams and structural panels) or in kits (system machined for assembly).
  • Chipboard, fibreboard, OSB, plywood, veneer, laminate, high-pressure laminate, wood/cement, sandwich, soundproofed, etc.
  • Laminate, vinyl, multi-layer, solid, synthetic, etc. flooring.
  • Autoclave-treated, heat-treated and acetylated wood cladding, in panel or stave format.

We carry out cleaning, repair and maintenance work on wooden structures, with the aim of restoring their original appearance, eliminating any damage caused by the passage of time.

  • 1065 and 850-certified applicators.
  • Aimed at making the wood as durable as possible with minimal maintenance.
  • We apply treatments without needing to dismantle the structure, generally through drilling and injecting, completely eradicating all insects and fungi.
  • For interior design and exterior cladding.
  • We help the specifier to select and decide on materials, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each material.
  • We supply directly to the site as we have our own logistics service, and/or we coordinate the installation of the respective sections of interior and façade cladding.

WOOD IS THE IDEAL MATERIAL TO COMPLY WITH THE NEW CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND ADVANCE TOWARDS THE 2030 SDGs

We are prescribers of the numerous benefits of wood and its derivatives in architecture and interior design We advise and accompany our clients to achieve these certifications from the use of this material of plant origin, the main carbon sink, a durable and versatile alternative, a great thermal and acoustic insulator. An ideal material to comply with the new construction standards and certifications that guarantee sustainability.

The Passivhaus standard certifies those houses created to maintain ideal atmospheric conditions inside and that achieve energy savings ranging between 70% and 90% compared to conventional houses. They are buildings that must have optimal thermal insulation in their exterior walls, breaking the thermal bridge – which prevents the interior and exterior surfaces of a window from coming into contact with each other to eliminate heat loss -, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and high-performance windows and doors.

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) is the technical evaluation method that certifies the sustainability of buildings and has 591,000+ certified buildings in 90 countries since its first version in 1990.

It favours a more sustainable construction that translates into greater profitability for whoever builds, operates and/or maintains the building; reducing its impact on the environment; and greater comfort and health for those who live, work or use the building.

It evaluates impact on 10 categories (Management, Health and Well-being, Energy, Transport, Water, Materials, Waste, Ecological land use, Pollution, Innovation) and awards a final score after applying an environmental weighting factor that takes into account the relative importance of each area of impact. It includes the different phases of design, construction and use of buildings and has evaluation and certification schemes depending on the type and use of the building.

BREEAM

LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is a certification system for sustainable buildings, developed by the US Green Building Council. It was initially implemented in 1993 and has been used in several countries since then.

It consists of a set of standards on the use of strategies aimed at sustainability in buildings of all kinds. It is based on the incorporation into the project of aspects related to energy efficiency, the use of alternative energies, the improvement of indoor air quality, the efficiency of water consumption, the sustainable development of the plot’s free spaces and the selection of materials.

The WELL certification is a voluntary evaluation system driven by the Wellness phenomenon. It aims to transform our homes, offices, schools and other environments by placing health and wellness at the center of all design/build decisions.

The WELL Building Standard methodology is the result of seven years of medical research and development of working groups made up of technicians who combine their experience in the field of health and well-being. This scheme is managed and audited by the International Well Building Institute (IWBI).

The GREEN tools aim to provide a methodology for evaluating the sustainability of buildings. GBCe (Green Building Council Spain, or Council for Sustainable Building in Spain) is one of the main sustainable building organizations in our country and a benchmark in the transformation towards a sustainable model of the building sector.

GBCe belongs to a large, growing and diverse global network, present in more than 70 countries and with 36,000 members representing the entire value chain: World Green Building Council (WorldGBC).
