Onesta establishes a new logistics base in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
At Onesta, we continue to take steps forward in the company’s growth strategy. Therefore, since September, we have had a new logistics base operational in Las Palmas, serving the islands of Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, and Lanzarote.
The new center features a delicate storage area with the capacity to hold up to 2,000 m3 of inventory, already stocked with permanent inventory to meet our customers’ needs in the area. From this new center, we have the capability to provide supply services within a maximum timeframe of 48-72 hours
With this addition, Onesta now has eight distribution centers, three logistics bases, three commercial branches, and a sawmill in the Iberian Peninsula and the Canary Islands, solidifying its position as one of the leading wood and board distributors in Spain and Portugal.
Convened and organised by AITIM, ASA, and Onesta, the AMAD Architecture in Wood Awards are aimed, as in previous calls, at projects of new construction, rehabilitation, or interior design that have been completed in 2023.
Last Monday, 9th October, the Onesta Bioproducts for Construction Chair was introduced at the University of Cordoba's Rector's office, marking Spain's inaugural chair on this subject.
This transaction, strategic for Onesta, strengthens its presence in the sector, placing it in a leading position in the management of wood construction projects, from their design to their on-site execution.
